AI WORKSTATION PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All AI workstation specifications, descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. Our AI workstations are custom-configured systems designed specifically for artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.

WARRANTIES

As system integrators and dealers, we are committed to supporting our customers with warranty claims for AI workstation components purchased from us. The warranty duration is determined by each hardware manufacturer's terms and commences from the purchase date. The warranty service duration may vary depending on when the customer brings their AI workstation for inspection and the RMA process if the hardware needs to be returned for RMA warranty purposes. If the supplier rejects the hardware RMA warranty, we won't be held responsible.

While we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service for AI workstations, we cannot assure that troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing parts will invariably resolve every customer's issue completely. There may be instances where multiple check-ups are needed or the purchase of new replacement parts becomes necessary for optimal AI/ML performance. We promise to keep you updated on the progress and collaborate with you on any required actions.

Coverage and Exclusions:

Sebulat Technologies offers warranty support throughout Malaysia for AI workstations purchased from us, provided that:

• Upon our inspection, the AI workstation's malfunction or defect is not attributable to:
  • Negligence, misuse, or human error on the part of the customer;
  • External factors including, but not limited to, malware installation, physical or water damage;
  • Any action or condition that voids the original manufacturer's warranty.
• The AI workstation is still within its original warranty period.

Should any of the conditions above not be met, charges may apply for service. This service is exclusive to AI workstations originally purchased from Sebulat Technologies.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY POLICIES FOR NON-SEBULAT PRODUCTS

Our warranty policies are strictly limited to AI workstations and products purchased directly from Sebulat Technologies. AI workstations or components not purchased from Sebulat Technologies that require any form of after-sales services, including but not limited to installation, troubleshooting, or returning to the supplier for RMA, may incur separate charges. These charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Data Responsibility:

While Sebulat Technologies endeavors to handle all AI workstations and data with the utmost care, we are not liable for data loss that may occur during our services. Customers are strongly recommended to regularly back up their AI training data, models, and research as a precautionary measure.

Technical Support:

Sebulat Technologies offers technical support for AI workstations to the best of our capabilities. However, we cannot answer all types of AI/ML technical questions and give 100% fulfilling answers; sometimes, our answers may be incorrect. Regardless, we will always strive to provide the best possible support for your AI research needs.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

While we strive to maintain adequate stock levels for AI workstation components, product availability is subject to change without notice due to high demand in the AI industry. In the event that a component becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an equivalent or superior alternative, or issue a complete refund as appropriate.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept various payment methods, including online bank transfers, credit cards, and debit cards. Please ensure that you provide accurate payment information to avoid delays in processing your AI workstation order. All orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.
